Solar Asset Management MENA

SCROLL DOWN

Solar Asset Management MENA

Strategic Platform for the MENA region's solar PV industry, focused on the operational phase of solar plants and portfolios.

With the recent wave of solar energy projects installed across the region, an impressive remaining pipeline and world record-breaking bids, the MENA region is increasingly gaining interest from global solar industry players. However, despite its vast solar potential, the region faces unique operational and technical challenges. Extreme weather conditions, high cost pressure, and limited local presence threatens the sustainability of these solar projects.

Solar Asset Management MENA will bring together international and local knowledge to tackle these challenges with the goal of ‘Ensuring bankability, profitability, and efficiency of solar projects in the MENA region, over the entire life cycle of the plant and beyond.’

Solar Asset Management MENA is part of a successful, global conference series, organized annually since 2013 in Europe, North America, Asia, Mexico, and Australia.

Conference

Two-day in-depth program focused on best practices and recent trends in both technical and financial solar asset management, shared by international and local experts.

Although the integration of the energy industry and AI still remains somewhat in its infancy, their synergy is proving to have the potential to radically revolutionise the existing power generation practices across the globe. If the mantra of solar is that “The fuel is free; let’s reduce other costs”, AI-assisted solutions may well be the holy grail solar has been seeking.
